  • Total heating plates of our DB series double baker can be 14 piece, 16 pieces, 18 pieces, 20 pieces and 22 pieces.
  • This corrugated cardboard baking device consists of 2 sets of conveyor belt tension control devices.
  • Tension device of the lower belt is fixed vertically, making the double baker easy to adjust.
  • The oil pressure lifting device is hidden inside the paper board baking machine.
  • Heating plate surface of the double baker is grinded and chromed, and accords with national standard of pressure vessel. Inspection certificates are attached to the heating plates.
  • Pneumatic pressure adjustment can be divided into three parts according to the thickness of the paper board.
  • Since the steam tubes are arranged in a proper position, the baking temperature of this paper sheet processing machine can be adjusted by multi-group heating plates.
