Features
  • Working diameters of our multi pre-heaters can be 600mm, 900mm, 1000 mm or 1100mm.
  • Its butterfly head makes this paperboard heating device heats uniformly. Furthermore, as this heating device rotates at a constant speed, is can transfer the heat to the paper surface evenly and adequately, so as to reduce heat loss and guarantee the paper will not easily break.
  • The steam rotary joint of our multi pre-heater comes with a flange.
  • Our multi pre-heater is produced in accordance with national standard for pressure container and has a test certificate provided.
  • This carton board pre-heating equipment is designed with 6 paper guide rolls. Three of the paper guide rolls are fixed and the other three travel outside the preheating roll to control the heating surface. Each of the rolls is in diameter of 140mm and the parallelism of the travel paper guide rolls is allowed to be adjusted.
